Lory Henning is a showcaller, stage manager and technical manager. Her work at Blue Man Group, and her various shows in and out of New York have taken Lory all over the world. At Formation, Lory is a rock and the glue that keeps all our shows running smoothly and with grace. We literally couldn't do it without her. When she is not making magic at work, Lory works on projects related to green roof gardening, woodworking, sustainability, restoring her old house, and all sorts of other stuff that makes her very happy.

Sav Lucas is a writer and producer with deep expertise in unscripted television and video production. She specializes in narrative content development & is a pro at managing production logistics, consistently bringing projects to fruition with creativity and precision. From her experience in research, casting, and field production to scripting & post, she knows what makes a compelling story and how to bring it to life.  Years of working in true crime have sharpened her ability to track down just about anyone, making her an expert at finding the right people to shape every story.

Emily Pathman is a producer, stage manager, and coordinator with a background rooted in theatre. With a passion for storytelling and collaboration, she brings a sharp sense of organization, adaptability, and creative problem-solving to every project. Emily’s experience spans live performance, immersive events, and media production, where she has worked with a wide range of teams to bring bold ideas to life. Whether calling cues backstage, keeping complex productions running smoothly, or supporting the big-picture vision, she thrives in fast-paced environments and cares deeply about fostering inclusive, efficient, and dynamic workspaces.
